It's funny, you mentioned drawing. I actually find it very hard to draw when I'm pissed or depressed. But if I can force myself to get into it, it actually calms me and takes my mind off other things. I guess it has something to do with the joy in creating something. So I will add:

4. Make something. Anything. Even if it is just cookies. So you can look back and admire your handiwork.
